Peanut Butter Popcorn

I know I've haven't posted a recipe in FOREVER!

I'm about to make up for it, with a super yummy one.

Peanut Butter Popcorn!

* 1 C. popcorn (un-popped)

* 1 C. Sugar

* 1/2 C. honey

* 1/2 C. corn syrup

* 1 C. peanut butter

* 1 tsp. vanilla

Pop your popcorn as directed, place in oven to keep warm. Meanwhile, In a large saucepan, combine sugar, honey and corn syrup. Bring to a boil stirring constantly. Boil hard for 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla. Immediately pour over popcorn, and stir to coat evenly. Let cool for about 10 minutes. ENJOY!
