We found this sweet doll house online last year.

We were going to get it for Coralee's 4th birthday, but we procrastinated, 

and it was expensive, and you know the story, before we knew it, it was her birthday.

So then, we were going to get it for Christmas last year,

but that story had the same ending.

So for Coralee's 5th birthday, I had the bright idea to give it another shot....

but then I had a better idea. 

"John couldn't you make that?"

I happen to be married to a pretty talented guy.

With his skilz he made up a CAD rendering for it in no time.

We don't exactly have a wood shop for this kind of project,

but John knew a guy with some special fancy saw that we

were able to send the computer files to and the saw does the rest of the work. 

and BOOM just like that, the kids have the. coolest. dollhouse. ever.
