Scavenger hunt (number recognition)

This was our math (number recognition) activity for the day.

I really need more ideas like this that keep Coralee moving, 

she does not learn well sitting still, 

but LOVED doing this.

Here is what she did:

*Run around the house 1 time.

*Find 2 rocks.

*Find 3 toy dinosaurs.

*Find 4 stars (cut out and hidden ahead of time)

*Eat 5 grapes.

*Write any 6 letters (you can see her choice was 'c o r a g e')

*Stand on your head and count to 7.

*Find 8 rubber bands.

*Count out 9 glass beads.

*Jump 10 times.

**We were out of grapes, so we did a last minute change to 'find 5 foam letters'.
