I've been trying forever to get a menu planned for an entire month out. Every time I sit down to do it, though, I struggle just to get one week done. I HATE menu planning! I finally did it though, I have just over a month planned out.

MANY of these recipes are new to me, I plan on taking notes on each of them to decide if we want to repeat it or not next month. I linked to all the recipes that I could, the rest I'll blog once I've made them. Here we go hopefully I can stick to it, and they taste ok.....
I use themes like that, too! Except I only plan one week in advance. We do Mexican, Pasta, chicken, grill food, and something with turkey. The other nights we eat out! Tonight is enchiladas :)
