What's for supper?

Get out the trusty ol' crock pot.
In my opinion It's a well known FACT that nothing beats a slow cooker meal in the winter,
or fall, sometimes spring, and every once and a while, in summer too.

Dump in:

*1 can or bottle of beer

*1 chopped onion

*1 can of chili beans

*1 can of black beans

*2 cans of corn (drained)

*1 small can (8oz) of tomato sauce

*2 cans of diced tomatoes with green chilies

*shredded chicken, or ground beef. Today I'm using left over taco meat.

*let it all simmer together on low for 3 - 6 hours

Enjoy with Cheese, chips, and sour cream.
