Eating

So far....
*I've eaten more spinach in a day and a half then I have in the last 6 months.

*I've realized I'm going to be eaing lots of spicy food (things just tastes better that way).

*I've also realized that Cilantro is going to be my new best friend. Oh how I LOVE cilantro! It makes     boring rice and beans taste like I five star meal.

*I can't even have Italian dressing! (at least 'newman's own' I'll have to check other brands)
